The Wesleyan University golf team finished 10th overall at the 2017 NESCAC Men’s Qualifier, and were led by Zach Lambros ’17 who was the Cardinals’ top finisher with a 159 after two days of competition in Newington, Conn. at the Indian Hill Country Club.
The Wesleyan University golf tema hit the links at Williams College this weekend at the Taconic Golf Club for the Williams Fall Invitational, finishing 18th in the 19-team field. Zach Lambros ’18 led the Cardinals with a two-day 165.

AMHERST, Mass. – The Wesleyan University men’s golf team competed at the 2016 Little Three Championship Wednesday against Amherst College and Williams College at the Hickory Ridge Golf Club, and finished third.
Finishing in a tie for 27th place in a field of 100 participants, Zach Lambros '19 (photo) carded a 76-81-157 score during the Blazer Invitational hosted by Elms Sat.-Sun., Sept. 26-27. His performance led the way for Wesleyan to finish 13th of 20 teams with a 659 team total. Wesleyan closes out the fall campaign Sat.-Sun., Oct. 3-4 with its second trip to Williams this fall as the Ephs host the annual NESCAC Qualifier with the top four teams advancing to the spring conference championship event.
Inaugurating fall action in Williamstown, Mass. for the annual Williams Fall Invitational, Wesleyan placed 18th of 20 teams with a score of 671, a significant improvement over a year ago when the team also secured 18th place with a 708 total.
