The CSA recognized one player from each division of the tournament, as Roach was the recipient from the D Division.

Roach helped guide the Cardinals to their third Conroy Cup title in program history, and first since 1992, as they defeated No. 25 Hobart College, 5-4. A senior co-captain, Roach went 2-1 during the tournament from the No. 3 position. He played a pivotal role in the finals, in which he rallied from a 2-0 deficit against Terrance Rose to win three straight for a critical point for the Cardinals (6-11, 7-11, 11-9, 11-9, 11-5).

Roach enjoyed an impressive senior campaign in which he went 13-7 overall from the No. 3 position. As a team, Wesleyan posted an 11-9 overall dual-match record.
