MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Senior Laila Samy and freshman Sean Choi of the Wesleyan University squash teams will compete in the College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships held in Washington, D.C. at George Washington University and Squash on Fire, March 2-4.
Samy, a two-time NESCAC Player of the Year and three-time All-American, earned the No. 4 seed in the Ramsay Cup (A Division). She will face Melissa Alves of Penn in the Round of 16 at 10:40 a.m. on Friday. The winner advances to the quarterfinals at 4:30 p.m. For the complete bracket, click HERE.
Choi has excelled in his first season donning the Wesleyan uniform as he qualified for the Molloy Cup South (B Division).
