  • Men’s Swimming & Diving Competes on Final Day of NESCAC Championship

    MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team wrapped up the four-day 2019 NESCAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship on the campus of Middlebury College on Sunday evening. Williams won its 17th NESCAC title with 1,822 points, while Tufts was close behind with 1,775.5 points. Amherst rounded out the top three with 1,506 points.  
  • Wesleyan Competes on Day Three of NESCAC Championship

    MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team continued action on the third day of the 2019 NESCAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship on the campus of Middlebury College. Williams leads the way with 1,316.5 points, while Tufts (1,292.5) and Amherst (1,036) round out the top three. Wesleyan is back in action on Sunday for the final day of competition with preliminary heats beginning at 10 a.m.
  • Six Cardinals Record Personal-Best Marks on Day Two of NESCAC Championship

    MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team had six Cardinals record personal-best marks on the second day of the 2019 NESCAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship on the campus of Middlebury College. Williams leads the way with 767 points, while Tufts (710) and Amherst (627) round out the top three. Wesleyan is back in action on Saturday with preliminary heats beginning at 10 a.m.
  • Cardinals Compete on Day One of NESCAC Championship

    MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The 2019 NESCAC men’s swimming and diving championship weekend kicked off on Thursday evening on the campus of Middlebury College. The Cardinals “A” relay team (Jeffrey Haegelin, Jared Christopher, Max Wimer and Nick Moran) touched the wall in 7:19.90 which was good for 11th place overall. The “B” team composed of Andrew Schwartz, Garrett Kaufmann, Julian DeMann and Evan Sullivan, clocked in at 7:35.70. 
  • Men’s Swimming & Diving Travels to Middlebury for NESCAC Championships This Weekend

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team has its sights set on moving up in the conference ranks this weekend when it travels to Middlebury for the 2019 NESCAC Women’s Swimming and Diving Championship. Tufts looks to defend its title this year, as the Jumbos captured their first NESCAC crown last season, snapping Williams streak of 15 consecutive Championships.  
  • Men’s Swimming & Diving Concludes Regular Season

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. ? The Wesleyan men?s swimming and diving concluded its regular season hosting a meet against Coast Guard, Connecticut College and Fairfield. The Cardinals fell to Coast Guard (525-147), Connecticut College (334-147) and Fairfield (292-147). Prior to the meet, head coach Peter Solomon and Wesleyan honored its three members of the Class of 2019 ? Eren Kiris, Phon Leeswadtrakul and Max Wimer.

  • Wesleyan Competes in Tri-Meet Against Roger Williams & Springfield

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – After spending last week in Florida for a training trip, the Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team was back in action today. The Cardinals fell to Roger Williams and Springfield by scores of 227-57 and 218-71, respectively. 
  • Moran and Pearson Earn Pair of First-Place Finishes Against Hamilton

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team fell to Hamilton 158-113 on Saturday during the 2019 opening meet. The Cardinals were led by Brandon Pearson and Nicolas Moran who both posted a pair of first-place finishes in their respective events.
  • Men’s Swimming & Diving Hosts Tri-Meet

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team hosted Tufts, Williams and WPI in its final competition of its first semester schedule. Facing strong competition, the squad fell to Tufts (243-62), Williams (236-64) and WPI (245-63).
  • Cardinals Host Connecticut Cup, Pearson Records Pair of First-Place Finishes

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team hosted five schools in the Connecticut Cup on Saturday. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy won the meet with 794 points, while Connecticut College placed second with 486 points and Wesleyan came in third with 292.
  • Cardinals Host Little Three Rival Amherst in Dual Meet

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men’s swimming and diving team hosted Little Three rival Amherst on Monday evening for a dual meet. The Cardinals fell to the No. 15 Mammoths by a score of 174-102.  
  • Pearson Leads the Cardinals With Two First-Place Finishes

  • Caleb Treadwell Named Wesleyan Assistant Swim Coach

    Caleb Treadwell has been hired as the new Wesleyan University Assistant Swimming Coach. Treadwell brings to the position a wealth of experience as both a Division III student-athlete and as a swim coach.
