MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – As a result of the weather forecast on Friday in Amherst, Mass., the NESCAC has announced that the first-round playoff game between Wesleyan University and Tufts will be pushed forward to 3:45 p.m at Amherst College.

The Cardinals (14-15, 2-8 NESCAC West Division) and the Jumbos (28-7, 9-2 East Division) will meet for the first time since 2013, and the eighth time in the NESCAC playoffs. Wesleyan's last win against Tufts came by a score of 13-3 in the 2010 conference tournament, and that year, the Cardinals ended up hoisting their first-ever NESCAC title.
