    Despite a strong second half performance, the Wesleyan University women’s basketball team dropped its first game of the 2017-18 season as the Cardinals lost to the reigning national champions and Little Three rivals, No. 1 Amherst College, 64-40 on Tuesday night in LeFrak Gymnasium.

    Three players scored in double-figures as the Wesleyan University women’s basketball team used a strong first half performance to cruise past Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Saturday afternoon at the RPI Tip-Off Tournament, 71-47. The Cardinals are now 0-2 on the season while the Panthers drop to 0-3.
  • Wesleyan Rolls in Season Opener Against Salem State, 79-47

    The Wesleyan University women’s basketball team made a statement in its first game of the 2017-18 season as the Cardinals cruised to a commanding 79-47 win over Salem State in the RPI Tip-Off Tournament Friday night. Olivia Gorman ’19 and Maddie Bledsoe ’18 led the way with 16 and 15 points, respectively.
