No. 23 Women's Squash Losses to No. 9 Drexel, 8-1

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The 23rd-ranked Wesleyan University women's squash was defeated by No. 9 Drexel University Saturday, 8-1 at the Rosenbaum Squash Center.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS

  • With the loss, the Cardinals are now 4-7 in dual-matches this season.
  • Laila Samy '18 picked up Wesleyan's only win from the No. 1 spot. The sophomore earned a clean sweep with wins of 11-5, 11-8, 11-8.
  • Drexel swept courts No. 2-9.
