  • Samy Named All-American, Two Others Compete at CSA Individual Championships

    Junior Laila Samy of the 21st-ranked Wesleyan University women's squash team, and seniors Chris Hart and David Sneed of the 25th-ranked men's team, competed at the College Squash Association (CSA) National Individual Championships this weekend at Dartmouth College. Samy highlighted the weekend as she won the Consolation Finals in the Ramsay Cup with a 3-1 record in three days en route to her third First Team All-America honor.
  • Three Cardinals Qualify for CSA Individual Championships

    MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Seniors Chris Hart and David Sneed of the 26th-ranked Wesleyan University men’s squash team, and junior Laila Samy of the 24th-ranked women’s team, will compete in the 2017 College Squash Association (CSA) National Individual Championships this weekend. The three-day tournament begins Friday, March 3 and ends Sunday, March 5. Dartmouth College will serve as this year’s host.

    The No. 23 Wesleyan University women’s squash team split its matches Saturday at the Pioneer Valley Invitational. After defeating No. 29 Mt. Holyoke College, 6-3, the Cardinals then fell to No. 25 Colby College, 6-3.
