The Lead: The No. 24 Wesleyan University women's squash team fell to No. 25 Dickinson College in the final day of the Wesleyan Round Robin Tournament by a score of 7-2.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Laila Samy '17 and Nina Premutico '20 picked up the lone wins for the Cardinals. Samy claimed a 3-0 sweep in the No. 1 position as she defeated Hedvika Suchankova by scores of 11-2, 11-4, 11-6. Premutico swept Sarah Clothier in the No. 7 spot by scores of 11-9, 11-2, 11-8.
- In the No. 5 spot, Josie Russ '20 claimed a set against Jaime Leigh Edghill, but fell in the match 3-1.
- Sophie Melian-Morse '20 took the first set 13-11 in the No. 9 position, but dropped three straight by scores of 12-10, 11-1, 11-7 against Abby Wingerd.

- The Cardinals are back in action Friday, Dec. 9 and will host Connecticut College beginning at 6:30 p.m.
