BOSTON, MA. - Competing with top talent from across the country, the Wesleyan women's track and field team participated in the John Thomas Terrier Classic hosted by Boston University over the weekend as the team saw several Top 100 finishes.
RESULTS
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Placing 53rd in the women's 800m, Elanora Smith '27 led all Cardinals as she crossed the finish line with a final time of 2:17.61.
- Virginia Lessner '28 was the top Cardinal in the mile, placing 89th with a clocked time of 5:07.76.
- The 3,000m saw Alexandra Simon '27 close in at 101, running a 10:19.16 time on the afternoon.
The Cardinals return to the track on Sunday, Feb. 1, when they take on Middlebury's New England Small College Invite.
