BOSTON, MA. – The Wesleyan women's track and field team closed the weekend with a 19
th place finish at the New England Division Three Championships on Saturday afternoon as efforts were led by the distance medley relay team earning a Top 3 finish.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Placing third in the distance medley relay race, Kaitlyn Connors '29, Amelia Goettsch '29, Elanora Smith '27, and Virginia Lessner '28 combined for a final time of 12:07.16, highlighting the day with the team's highest finish.
- Juliette Sullivan '27 crossed the finish line of the women's 200m dash at 24.69, earning fifth place.
- Sullivan followed her performance with a seventh-place finish in the 400m, clocking a final 57.12.
- Leading the way in the 800m, Smith ran a 2:17.53 for eighth place, while also helping lift the distance medley team.
- Katherine Goss '29 was Top 10 in the triple jump, placing 10th while finishing at a distance of 10.90m.
- The 4x400m relay team of Goettsch, Sullivan, Alyssa Fix '29, and Sydni Chandler '29 rallied to a ninth-place finish as they totaled a 3:58.82 final time.
The Cardinals return to action on Friday, March 6, for the Tufts Final Qualifier in Medford, MA.
