ImPACT Testing Instructions

ImPACT Testing must be done by all athletes that participate in all varsity sports at Wesleyan each year.

Student-athletes are required to complete ImPACT testing before arriving on campus. Please click here for the ImPACT Applications website. You will input the Customer ID Code -- MZEWOKQDIZ and follow the insturctions. Baselines must be performed at a computer with a mouse.

The ImPACT information and consent form are included in your medical clearance packet.
