Breuler—the 2017 NESCAC Offensive Player of the Year—was the only member of the conference to be named on the All-America Teams.

His incredible senior season has been rewarded with several postseason honors. In addition to his most recent laurel, as well as the NESCAC Player of the Year award, Breuler was also named a First Team All-NESCAC selection, a First Team All-East Region selection, the Joe Zabilski Award winner, and a New England Football Writers Division II/III All-New England Team honoree.

At 6-2, Breuler was a mismatch for opposing defensive backs all season as he amassed 1,172 yards and 87 catches while hauling in 10 receiving touchdowns in just nine games. He broke the NESCAC and Wesleyan single-season records for yards and catches and finished the year ranked No. 2 in the country in receptions per game (9.7) and third in receiving yards per game (130.2).
