HADLEY, Mass. – Three members of the Wesleyan University golf team will compete at the 2018 NESCAC Women's Golf Championships this weekend, hosted by Middlebury College at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course on Saturday, October 6 and Sunday, October 7. The event will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
The Cardinals will be represented by juniors Saadia Naeem and Emma Mehta, and first-year Meg Wiley. Last week, Mehta and Wiley competed in their first collegiate event as they competed at the Williams Women's Fall Invitational.
This weekend's championship is just the fourth women's golf postseason tournament in NESCAC history. The field consists of teams from Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Hamilton, Middlebury, Trinity and Williams. Wesleyan is the lone team sending individuals.
