HADLEY, Mass. – Senior captains Guy Davidson and Raheem Logan of the 19th-ranked Wesleyan University men's squash team have been named to the 2016 All-NESCAC First Team, as selected by the conference coaches and announced Thursday by the league office.

Davidson was just one of three players in the conference to earn their fourth all-league honor, joining Noah Browne of Amherst and Juan Vargas of Trinity. After garnering second team laurels in 2012-13 and 2013-14, Davidson was elevated to the first team in his junior and senior seasons. The New York native posted an impressive 11-4 mark at the No. 1 position for the Cardinals this season.

Logan earned his first, First Team All-NESCAC selection, and his second all-conference honor of his career after being named to the second team last year. The senior played a pivotal role in Wesleyan's success in 2015-16, and played in the No. 2 position as he racked up 10 wins.

The dynamic duo helped lead the Cardinals into the Summers Cup (C Division) of the College Squash Association (CSA) National Team Championship. The team finished the season with a 13-7 overall dual-match record and claimed fifth overall at the NESCAC tournament.

Davidson and Logan await the CSA Individual Championship selections. The national tournament will be held March 4-6 in Stamford, Conn. at Chelsea Piers.
