MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Wesleyan's Allegra Grant of the women's ice hockey team adds another accolade to her list of postseason honors as she was named a New England Hockey Writers Association (NEHWA) Division III All-Star. NEHWA will recognize Grant and the other award winners when it hosts its annual dinner on April 17th.

Grant adds NEHWA Division III All-Star honors to her growing list of accolades following a stellar year in goal for the Cardinals. She was previously named to the All-American Second Team which was the first time a Wesleyan women's hockey player earned the honor. She was also named to the All-NESCAC First Team this season after registering a save percentage of .943 and a goals against average of 2.00. Earlier this year, she earned her 1,500th career-save, and recorded impressive shutouts over Williams (4-0) and then-No. 6 Middlebury (1-0).
