Randy Coplin enters his first season on the Wesleyan coaching staff in 2019-20 following a two-year stint as a Squash Academy Director at the Fessenden School in Newton, Mass. While there, Coplin served as a mentor to both the teacher/coaches and students that participated in all four teams, while also running after-school programming for pre-kindergarten through fourth grade and a junior academy for fifth grade and above.
Coplin is a Boston native and is very active in the Massachusetts squash community as both a player and coach. He has worked with many athletes of all ages and levels, ranging from novice to nationally-ranked players in the United States. He has also coached varsity programs at the St. Mark’s School and Phillips Andover Academy.
Coplin graduated from Connecticut College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Economics and a minor in Psychology.
