The Wesleyan women's track and field team was honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for its cumulative grade point average of 3.64, while eight Cardinals earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field team as an individual, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 and have me either of the following athletic standards. He or she must have competed in an NCAA Indoor or Outdoor Championship, or finished the regular season ranked in the national top 50 in an individual event or ranked in the national top 35 in a relay event.

The eight honorees for Wesleyan were recent graduates Jenny Aguiar, Rhoen Fiutak, Katie Maehl, and Julia Mitchell, along with rising senior Sara Pinsonault. Completing the list for the Cardinals was rising juniors Becky Lopez-Anido and Ivie Uzamere, along with rising sophomore Becky Velie. This is the third-straight honor for Aguiar and second-straight for Lopez-Anido, Mitchell, Pinsonault and Uzamere.
