Pinsonault was the first Cardinal to cross the finish line, covering the 6k course in a time of 22:51. Her seventh-place finish earned her First Team laurels, made up of the top-seven finishers. Lopez-Anido garnered Second Team accolades for her eighth-place finish, crossing the finish line just behind Pinsonault with a time of 22:58. These are the first all-conference honors for both individuals. The duo helped lead Wesleyan to a strong third-place finish, which was the highest since 1984 when the Cardinals won their first title.
Wesleyan is back in action on Saturday, November 10th when they head to the NCAA New England Regionals hosted by Bowdoin.
