Jack Raba ’23, G’25 joins the Wesleyan men’s lacrosse coaching staff after a highly successful playing career with the Cardinals and a championship season on the coaching staff at Gettysburg College.

Following his playing career, Raba spent the 2025-26 academic year as the offensive coordinator and assistant coach for Gettysburg men’s lacrosse. In his first season with the Bullets, he helped lead Gettysburg to 12 wins and the Centennial Conference Championship, the program’s first conference title in 10 years. Gettysburg captured the championship with a 13-12 overtime victory over Dickinson in the title game. Under Raba’s direction, the Gettysburg offense finished No. 1 in the Centennial Conference in both scoring and points per game.

One of the most productive offensive players in Wesleyan men’s lacrosse history, Raba was a three-time USILA All-American and a 2025 USILA Scholar All-American. He helped lead Wesleyan to the 2024 NESCAC Championship and was the Cardinals’ leading scorer in each of the three seasons in which he took the field.

Raba finished his Wesleyan career with 61 goals and 157 assists for 218 points in 51 games. He graduated as the program’s all-time leader in assists per game at 3.08 and ranked third all-time in points per game at 4.27.

Raba also brings extensive football coaching experience to Wesleyan. While a student at Wesleyan, he worked with the Yale football program, serving as Director of Football Operations for the Bulldogs’ 2022 and 2023 Ivy League Championship teams before moving into a defensive quality control and assistant linebackers role in 2024.

In addition to his responsibilities with Wesleyan men’s lacrosse, Raba will also serve as an assistant coach with the Wesleyan football program, working primarily with the wide receivers.
