Kim Kastuk was hired as goalkeeper coach for the Wesleyan field hockey team and is in her first season with the Cardinals in 2026.

Kastuk brings years of experience at both the high school and club levels, where she has worked with athletes at the highest levels of field hockey, specializing in goalkeeping. She is also a Life Coach and College Prep & Mindset Mentor while also coaching at the club level for CT Elite. 

Most-recently, Kastuk was an assistant coach at Greenwich Country Day School, while Kim was the Head Field Hockey Coach at Houston Christian High School (2023–2024) and the Head Field Hockey Coach and Director of Community Outreach for Houston Velocity Field Hockey Club (2022–2023). She also served as the Director of Goalkeeping for Texas Pride (2019–2021) and Associate Head Coach at The Kinkaid School, helping lead one of the nation’s top-10 ranked programs (2019–2021).

A standout player at the University of Virginia, Kastuk was a two-time All-American over her time with the Cavaliers. She began her collegiate career at Boston University where she earned America East Rookie of the Year honors in 2007 and America East Goalkeeper of the Year in 2008. She then transferred to Virginia where she was the starting goalkeeper for the NCAA Final Four teams in 2009 and 2010. Following a successful undergraduate career, Kastuk was named to the USA National Development Squad in 2011.
