MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Saadia Naeem and Meg Wiley of the Wesleyan women's golf team traveled to The Ralph Myhre Golf Course in Middlebury, Vt. this weekend for the George Phinney Classic. Middlebury, the host school, won the tournament while Amherst placed second and Williams finished third.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Naeem led the way for the Cardinals as she carded a 95 on Saturday followed by a 99 on Sunday.
- Wiley played consistent golf by scoring a 111 on both days.
UP NEXT:
- Wesleyan heads to the Taconic Golf Club next weekend for the NESCAC Qualifier, hosted by Williams on Oct. 5-6.
