HAVERFORD, Pa. – The No. 28 Wesleyan men's squash team topped No. 30 Haverford 7-2 n the road on Frida evening. The Cardinals (4-5) earned their first win of the new year, while the hosts fall to 3-4.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Sean Choi was victorious in the top-spot in a tight match. Despite dropping his third game, Choi bounced back to seal the victory by scores of 19-17, 11-8, 4-11, 11-7.
• In the third flight, Shanay Sanghavi earned the win in another close contest with scores of 11-6, 9-11, 11-6, 11-7.
• #5 Alex Dreyfus (6, 3, 7) and #6 Andrew Doucette (4, 1, 2) cruised to straightforward 3-0 victories, as Doucette allowed just seven points.
• Tian Ji saw a back-and-forth battle at #7, but was able to hang on for the win (10-12, 11-0, 13-11, 10-12, 11-).
•  #8 Vabuk Pahari (8, 3, 8) and #9 Brinton Thomas (2, 7, 7) were victorious in three games.
