CLINTON, N.Y. – In their first road match in nearly a month, the Wesleyan women's tennis team rolled past Hamilton with a 9-0 win, giving the Cardinals an unblemished 5-0 record (4-0 NESCAC West Division) and a spot in the NESCAC Championship match next Saturday at home against No. 11 Tufts.
After enjoying an off weekend for the first time in the Cardinals' shortened spring season, Wesleyan benefitted from the extra rest as the visitors defeated Hamilton by a combined score of 24-7 in the three doubles matches and didn't drop a set in six singles matches on the afternoon.
