NORTON, MA. – Kate Hausladen '23 and
Jordan Walter '25 both took home first-place finishes on Saturday afternoon as the women's track and field team competed in Wheaton College's Pre-Post Season meet.
RESULTS
Juliette Sullivan '27 placed second in both the 60m and the 200m. In the 60m, Sullivan ran a 7.96. In the 200m, she finished with a 26.39.
Imagen Walters '26 placed 10
th in the 200m with a 28.46.
Sophia Mack '26 placed second with a 1:01.21 in the 400m.
Rachel Masterson '26 ran a personal-best time of 1:04.99 that was good for seventh place.
Hausladen ran a final 1:44.16 for first in the 600m.
Stella Loezos '27 was third with a personal-best 1:46.70.
Jane Kakalec '26 took fourth place at 1:51.48.
Walter's first-place finish took place in the 800m as she crossed the line at 2:22.84. In third,
Alexandra Simon '27 ran a personal-best 2:24.94. Maya Nikourkari '26 was eighth at 2:35.02, and
Tenley Flint '27 ran a 2:41.50 for 10
th place.
Nadia Lim '26 placed third in the 1,000m with a final 3:16.11. In fourth,
Quinn Meinhardt '24 ran a personal-best time of 3:17.78.
Virginia Lustenberger '26 ran a 3:33.27 for seventh place.
In the mile,
Margaret Stevens '27 placed second as she crossed the finish line with a personal-best time of 5:18.48.
Maggie Smith '27 placed eighth with a 5:40.36 time.
The Wesleyan 'A' relay team took second in the 4x200 relay with a combined 1:50.06.
Fiona Carroll '26 finished with a personal-best 3.40m in the pole vault for second place.
Naomi McGadney '27 placed sixth in the shotput with a personal-best 9.93m.
Emilia Thornton '24 threw a 10.80 in the weight throw for seventh place.
The Cardinals return to action on Sunday, Feb. 25, through Monday, Feb. 26, when they compete in the New England Division III Championships.
