USILA All-American List Includes Six Cardinals

Wesleyan's All-American list includes a team record five offensive players

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men's lacrosse team saw six players earn All-American honors, as announced by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) on Thursday afternoon. Headlining the group is First Team selection CK Giancola '24, G'25 while Jack Raba '23, G'25 made the Second Team and four other Cardinals earned an Honorable Mention distinction. The Cardinals finished 13-6 this past season and ranked No. 5 in the final USILA Coaches Poll. Wesleyan reached the NESCAC Championship game for the second straight year behind a dynamic, high-powered offense and standout individual performances.
 
Wesleyan's attack ranked among the NESCAC best in 2025 including the most assists per game, man-up percentage, shooting percentage (.330), and points per game (25.0). Fueled by this prolific unit, Wesleyan set a new program record with five offensive players named USILA All-Americans, breaking the previous record of four set in 2018.
 
USILA First Team All-American
CK Giancola (Graduate, Midfield)
2025 Stats: 55 goals, 13 assists, 68 points
A three-time USILA All-American and two-time First Team selection, Giancola concluded his career as one of the most dominant midfielders in the country. Giancola finished fifth all-time at Wesleyan with 233 career points.
Additional Honors: USA Lacrosse Magazine First Team, All-NESCAC First Team, All-New England First Team. Giancola was also invited to tryout in PLL training camp with the Maryland Whipsnakes hoping to be the second player to make a PLL roster. 
 
USILA Second Team All-American
Jack Raba (Graduate, Attack)
2025 Stats: 24 goals, 62 assists, 86 points
Raba was once again the offensive engine for the Cardinals, leading the team in scoring and assists for the third consecutive season. A three-time USILA All-American, he departs as Wesleyan's all-time leader in assists per game, finishing with 3.07.  Raba ranks sixth all-time in career scoring list, despite playing just three years with Cardinals.
Additional Honors: USA Lacrosse Magazine First Team, All-NESCAC First Team, All-New England First Team. Raba will represent Wesleyan in the prestigious USILA North-South All-Star Game this Friday at Roger Williams, RI
 
USILA Honorable Mention All-American
Ben Burns (Junior, Attack)
2025 Stats: 45 goals, 8 assists, 53 points
Burns earned his second consecutive Honorable Mention nod, ranking second on the team in goals and fourth in total points. Burns broke into the Top 25 all-time scoring list  at Wesleyan with 131 points.

USILA Honorable Mention All-American
James Bailey (Junior, Midfield)
2025 Stats: 22 goals, 27 assists, 49 points
Bailey broke out in 2025 with his most complete season to date, finishing fifth on the team in points while contributing significantly on both ends of the field. Bailey breaks into top 35 all-time scoring list and currently has 108 points. 
Additional Honors: All-NESCAC Second Team, All-New England Honorable Mention
 
USILA Honorable Mention All-American
Will Miller (Junior, Attack)
2025 Stats: 31 goals, 23 assists, 54 points
Miller emerged as a key playmaker, finishing third on the team in points.

Charlie Wilmot (Junior, SSDM)
2025 Stats: 2 goals, 7 assists, 9 points
A standout short-stick defensive midfielder, Wilmot anchored Wesleyan's rope unit and transition game with consistency, toughness, and leadership.
Additional Honors: All-NESCAC Second Team, All-New England Honorable Mention
