Biography

Ashton Scott is from Brockport, New York and attended Brockport High School where he graduated with honors. At Brockport, Ashton was a three sport athlete- participating in football, baseball and indoor track. In indoor track, Ashton was a two time sectional champion. In football, Ashton was a three year starter, earning all-County in each of those 3 seasons and helped lead Brockport to their first and only Sectional Title in school history.. Ashton was named Second-Team All NESCAC his sophomore year (2019) playing quarterback while leading the NESCAC in completion percentage, 2nd in efficiency and 3rd in TDs. Ashton was recognized by teammates and was voted captain for both his Junior and Senior seasons.. The son of Dave and Kelly Scott, is a biology major and plans to attend Nursing school following Wesleyan. When asked “Why Wes,” Ashton said “The feeling of community and family from players and families made Wesleyan feel like it could be my home away from home.”
