Pat Dougherty enters his third season with Wesleyan in 2021 and will serve as the tight ends coach.

A native of Killingworth Conn., Dougherty was an All-Conference selection in football and All-State in track at Haddam-Killingworth High School in Connecticut.

Dougherty graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Kinesiology. He then returned to Haddam-Killingworth in 2017 as an assistant coach for the football, track, and swim teams. 

In 2018, Dougherty joined Sports Info Solutions in Coplay, Pa. as an analyst and football scout.
