In his second season on staff in 2024, Kevin Witchey plays a pivotal role in the defensive development and spearheads our strength and conditioning program. As a graduate of York College, he played a significant role in the Spartans' impressive 19-3 season, securing another Capital Athletic Conference championship and a coveted spot in the NCAA D-III Elite Eight.
Kevin's individual accolades speak volumes; he was honored as a 2019 1st Team All-American and recognized as the USILA National Defender of the Year. His expertise extends beyond the lacrosse field; he is certified in Strength and Conditioning and is a holds Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3). Kevin, along with his wife Hayley, owns and operates CrossFit Topside in Newington, Ct., showcasing his dedication to health and fitness both on and off the field.
