Joining the Wesleyan staff as an assistant women’s basketball coach in 2015-16, Quinn O’Brien brings eight years of coaching experience, from various levels, to the program. O'Brien played basketball at Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford, Conn., winning a state championship in 2003. He attended Allegheny College his freshman year of college, and completed his last three years at Salve Regina University, where he graduated on a team that qualified twice for the CCC Tournament. After graduation, he pursued a coaching career that began on the middle school level and moved quickly to varsity assistant coach at Northwest Catholic High School. For the 2014-2015 season, Northwest Catholic went 20-7 and finished as a runner-up in the Class L State Championship.
