Jack Raba '23, G'25 joins the Wesleyan football coaching staff and will be primarily working with the wide receiver unit. He is in his first season as an assistant coach heading into the 2026 season.
Jack was a three-time USILA All-American in men's lacrosse for the Cardinals, earning Third Team honors in 2024 and Second Team accolades in 2025. He helped lead the Cardinals to the 2024 NESCAC Championship and led the team in points in all three seasons in which he took the field. Jack finished his career with 61 goals and 157 assists for 218 points in 51 career games. He graduated as the program's all-time leader in assists per game (3.08) and third all-time in points per game (4.27).
While at Wesleyan, Raba also served as an assistant football coach at Yale. He served as a defensive quality control coach and assistant linebackers coach in 2024 after serving as director of football operations for the 2022 and 2023 Ivy League Champion teams.
Jack spent the 2025-26 academic year as the offensive coordinator and assistant coach for Gettysburg men's lacrosse. In that season, Raba helped lead the Bullets to a 12-win season including a 13-12 overtime win over Dickinson in the Centennial Conference Championship game, leading Gettysburg to their first conference title since 2016.
Jack is the son of longtime Wesleyan men's lacrosse head coach John Raba who ranks fifth all-time in coaching wins at the Division III level. John also used to serve as an assistant coach with the Wesleyan football team.
