The Lead: The No. 10 Wesleyan University men's tennis team defeated Division I opponent Quinnipiac University Saturday night, 4-3. The victory marked the team's fourth consecutive win as it improved to 4-1 on the season.
DOUBLES HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Cardinals fell behind early, 2-1 after doubles action.
- Tiago Eusebio '18 and Maxwell Smith '19 earned the lone win in doubles play by taking the No. 2 spot, 6-4.
SINGLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Wesleyan won four of six singles courts.
- Michael Liu '18 defeated Julian Rozenstein in No. 2 singles by scores of 6-4, 6-4.
- The other three singles wins went three sets, as Eusebio claimed the No. 3 spot (7-6, 5-7, 6-4), Joachim Samson '18 took No. 4 singles (6-1, 2-6, 6-4), and Cameron Daniels '19 won the No. 5 spot (6-1, 6-7, 7-5).

- Wesleyan is back in action Sunday, April 2 and will host Hamilton in NESCAC action beginning at 11 a.m.
