SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – The Wesleyan men's golf team competed in the NESCAC #1 tournament on Sunday at the Ledges Golf Club in South Hadley, Mass.

The Cardinals carded a team score of 323 and finished sixth in the eight-team field. Tufts finished first followed by Trinity, Middlebury, Hamilton, and Williams to round out the top-five. Wesleyan placed ahead of Bates and Little Three rival Amherst.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS:

• Jacob Fain and Eli Epstein-Lubow each carded a 79 to lead Wesleyan and finish in a tie for 19th-place in the tournament.
• They were followed by Daniel Kraft who scored an 82, Owen Cannizzo who shot an 83, and Michael Dolce who recorded an 87.

• The Cardinals will return to the course on Sunday, May 2 for NESCAC #2 at the Ledges Golf Club.
