In a first round matchup against Abby Moghtader and Lauren Quinn of Mary Washington, the Cardinals' top doubles tandem fell in a pair of closely contested sets 6-4, 7-5.
This defeat concludes an incredible 2021-22 season for Wesleyan who went 23-0, won the NESCAC Championship, Little Three title and advanced to the Final 4 for the third straight season before a defeat to No. 4 ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Tuesday.
