MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - The Wesleyan men's soccer team saw six players named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
Wesleyan's six honorees includes
Mathis Blanc '26,
Zack Burd '25,
Dylan Clack '27,
Zach Feldman '27,
Aiden Londergan '27, and
Chris Porte '25. This is the second time that Burd and Porte have been named Academic All-District in their careers while the remaining four all earn Academic All-District honor for the first time in their respective careers.
To make the Academic All-District Team, players must be in their sophomore year or above academically, own a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5, and have either started at least 66.7 percent of the team's games or appearance in at least 90 percent. Select individuals named to the Academic All-District Team advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced on November 26.
