PHILADELPHIA, PA. – The 2024-25 season comes to a close for the Wesleyan men's squash team as their semifinal bout of the College Squash Association's Summer's Cup tournament came to an 8-1 loss to #7 Dickinson College on Saturday morning from the Arlen Spector US Squash Center.

Seeking a much needed point against the Devils, Ethan Yan '25 fought to a 3-1 victory for the Cardinals in the #3 lineup position. Facing Dickinson's Owen Buroker, Yan struck in an early two game lead. Buroker, now in a hole, made a last ditch effort to overthrow Yan with a win in game three, but Yan would have none of it and finished out the four game match with victory and recorded a 11-6, 11-5, 6-11, 11-7 final score.

The Devils picked up eight, 3-0 sweeps over the Cardinals throughout the rest of the lineup.

The Cardinals finished their season 7-10 overall.
