Scott Wosleger enters his third season on the Wesleyan Baseball staff following an outstanding run as the head baseball coach at East Hampton (Conn.) High School. His team won a state title in 2011 and was ranked the No. 1 high school team in Connecticut. His East Hampton squads won three conference titles, and he was named the 2008 Shoreline Conference Coach of the Year.

Scott also has a host of other coaching experience, including the Mystic Schooners in the NECBL, East Hampton American Legion, and the “Coach Wos” Five Tool Baseball Camp.

A 1986 graduate of Iona College, he was a third baseman on the 1985 MAAC Championship team. He also played on the 1982 University of New Haven team that went to the Div. II College World Series. In high school, he was a captain and All-FCIAC selection in both baseball and basketball at Stamford Catholic High (now Trinity Catholic).

Scott and his wife Laurie have three sons, Tyler, AJ, and Owen who all played for him at East Hampton High.
