LEWISTON, ME – Wesleyan couldn't make the second half comeback Saturday afternoon, as back-to-back goals to open up the second half was enough for Bates to hang on for the 2-1 conference win. The Bobcats break their four-game losing skid, moving to 5-7 (2-6 NESCAC). Wesleyan drops to 5-7 (1-6 NESCAC), looking to close out the conference season strong.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The scoring started two minutes into the second half, when Bates' Emily Gianuzio was able to connect on a cross by Paige Cote
