th win on the year (4-7-0, 3-5-0 NESCAC), avenging the early season loss they had to the Cardinals.

- Connecticut College went on a power play just after their first goal, keeping the pressure on the Cardinals' defense. - Wesleyan would keep their composure, responding with a goal just two minutes later. Go Uemura '23 cleaned up a mess in front of the Camels' goal to cut the lead in half. The assist was credited to Stevie O'Connor '22
- Wesleyan had another opportunity to score late in the 1st when a Tiger Bjorlund '24 pass on a two on one could not connect with D.J Dixon '24
- Camels would control the time of possession and shots on net, outshooting Wesleyan 32-22 on the afternoon
- Wesleyan pulled their goalie with just over a minute left resulting on a short 6-4 opportunity before their powerplay ended. In total they got four shots in the final two minutes, but couldn't put through the equalizer
