WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Wesleyan women's golf team capped its fall season on Tuesday at the Little Three Championship held at the Taconic Golf Club, the home course of Williams College. In a unique match play format, the Cardinals finished in third place, falling to Williams 5.5-0.5 and Amherst 5-1.
The lineup the Cardinals featured was as follows: #1

Maggie Monaghan '24, #4
Danielle Landis '25, #5
Milan Yorke '25, and #6
Mia Bardinelli '26.
The teams teed off in reverse starting order, with the #6 positions in each lineup going first. Monaghan was the top performer on the day for the Cardinals, as she defeated Annabelle Chen of Amherst at the #3 spot and tied Williams' Natalie Cheong to account for the points in the scores for Wesleyan.
Williams took the title by way of their 5-1 win over Amherst, coupled with the 5.5-0.5 triumph over Wesleyan. This marked the first time in history that the Little Three Championship has been contested in the sport of women's golf.
