The Cardinals had to work for a doubles sweep as Sasha Gaeth '23 and Kristina Yu '22 were challenged at #1 by Joanna Atwater and Ally Friedman but the Cardinals' top duo came out with a win in the tiebreak 8-7 (7-3). Wesleyan dominated the other two matches with Nika Vesely '25 and Caitlyn Ferrante '23 defeating Grace Kennedy and Alexandra D'Aquino at #2 (8-3) while Sarah Youngberg '26 and Renna Mohsen-Breen '25 defeated Isabella Saul and Ava Lyon at #3 (8-2).

Singles play saw the Cardinals dominated four matches and come out with a split in the two remaining matches, both of which required a third set tiebreak. Serim Jin '23 was first to finish with a 6-0, 6-1 triumph at #6 over Saul while Mohsen-Breen defeated Lyon 6-2, 6-2 at #5. Leila Epstein '26 was locked in a dual against Atwater at #1, with Epstein scratching out a 7-6 (7-5) first set victory before falling in the second set 6-2. Moving to a third set tiebreak, it was Epstein who landed a 10-8 win to take the match.

Youngberg added another point with a 6-1, 6-3 win at #4 over D'Aquino. Bates' Friedman captured a singles victory at #2 over Ferrante in a tight three-set battle (2-6, 6-4, 9-11).
