BOSTON, Mass. – Competing for the second time in two days, the Wesleyan men's track & field team turned in a solid performance at The Track at New Balance on Sunday in the Middlebury New England Small College Invite (NESCI).
Alex Kermath '26 turned in the best finish on the day, placing third out of 51 runners in the mile, finishing in a personal-best 4:19.09.

Nate Fogarty '25 and
Luke Consolati '25 earned Top 10 finishes in the 800m, with Fogarty taking eighth place at 1:58 while Consolati was right behind in 10
th with a time of 1:58.66.
Rami Hayes-Messinger '26 recorded a personal-best throw of 13.15m in the shot put, earning seventh place out of 28.
Javier Orellana '25 finished 11
th in the shot put at 12.73m.
Noah Mahoney '27 was 11
th-best in the 3000m, crossing the line in 8:42.21.
Rob D'Aquila '26 placed 15
th in the mile at 4:27.49.
The Cardinals are back in action on Friday and Saturday next weekend with a trip to Tufts for the Cupid Invite.
