MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - The Wesleyan women's soccer team saw six players named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
Wesleyan's six honorees includes
Molly Brumbach '26,
Riley Buehler '26,
Caty Clements '25,
Waverly Meyers '26,
Katie O'Connell '25, and
Stefanie Stoj '26. This is the second career Academic All-District honor for Buehler, Meyers, and Stoj while the remaining three all earn the distinction for the first time in their careers
To make the Academic All-District Team, players must be in their sophomore year or above academically, own a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5, and have either started at least 66.7 percent of the team's games or made an appearance in at least 90 percent. Select individuals named to the Academic All-District Team advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced on November 26.
