Men’s Swimming & Diving Falls to Conn. College in Regular Season Finale

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. –  The Wesleyan men's diving team closed out the regular season with a 211-80 loss to No. 13 ranked Conn. College on Saturday from the Webster Family Natatorium.

  • Tomas Gonzalez '27 posted a win in the 200 free, touching the wall in a personal-best time of 1:43.13 to best the runner-up by more than two full seconds
  • Gonzalez followed that up with another win, this time in the 100 fly as he clocked in with a season-best time of 50.67 seconds, besting the runner-up by more than two seconds
  • Beau Chan '29 claimed the second win on the day for Wesleyan, capturing first place in the 200 fly at 1:58.96
  • Among the runner-up finishes on the day included Ben White '29 in the 100 back (55.50), Chris Winalski '29 in the 100 breast (59.83), Daniel Isman '26 in the 200 breast (2:08.89), and Chan in the 500 free (5:03.07)
Wesleyan looks ahead to the 2026 NESCAC Championships on Feb. 19 through 22 which will be held in Waterville, Maine on the campus of Colby College.
