MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Wesleyan men's lacrosse team placed eight student-athletes on the 2022 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) All-Academic Team.
Additionally, the eight selections are tied for the third-most in New England alongside UMass Boston. Only Endicott (13) and Bates (10) had a higher total than the Cardinals.
Members of the teams were nominated by head coaches and are comprised of student-athletes who have excelled both in the classroom and on the field over the course of their careers.
Nominees must have senior or graduate student standing, a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, and be a significant contributor on the 2022 squad.
Wesleyan's eight selections are:

Riley Larsen '22 (economics),
Nick Rodi '22 (economics),
Spencer Robbins '22 (psychology),
Walker Huff '22 (economics),
Colin Hanley '22 (economics) and
Ben Kaplan '22 (economics, mathematics).
