MIDDLETOWN, CT. – The Wesleyan men's and women's track and field teams will be well represented at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships as
Juliette Sullivan '27 and
Steve Paul '28 both qualified for the 200m dash with top times following stellar season performances.
Competition for the 2026 NCAA DIII Championships begins Friday, March 13 through March 14 in Birmingham, AL., as both Sullivan and Paul make their championship debuts.
Sullivan, a dual athlete for the Cardinals as a member of the women's soccer team, has dominated the event for the Cardinals all season long and recorded a career-best time at the New England DIII Indoor Championships. Sullivan's 24.69 earned fifth place at the regional event but the junior has picked up two first place finishes over the course of the indoor season.
On the men's side, Paul holds the indoor school record for the 200m. At the New England DIII Championships, Paul crossed the finish line at 21.45, setting the newest record as he bested his previous time of 21.81 set in 2025 at the same event as a freshman.
