WILLIAMSTOWN, MA. – The Wesleyan men's golf team competed in the Williams Spring Invite in Massachusetts over the weekend. The Cardinals placed 9^th out of the nine teams competing with a score of 333 (+49) over the two days of play. Hamilton took 1^st place shooting a +18, while Middlebury took 2^nd shooting a +21.
 

• RESULTS

 
Jacob Fain '23, Fisher Hirsch '26, and Puthip Puvacharoen '24 led the way for the Cardinals over the weekend, each shooting an 82 (+11). The +11 put the three of them all tied for 35^th on the individual leaderboard.

The 4^th place scorer for the Cardinals was Ambrose Koo '23 who finished strong, shooting an 87 (+16). Right behind him was Daniel Kraft '23 finishing at +17 (88). The final participant for the Cards was Owen Cannizzo '24, rounding out the scoring by shooting a 20-over par (91).

The Cardinals will return to the course for the NESCAC Championships which open next Saturday April 29^th and run through the 30^th up in Auburn, Maine at the Martindale Country Club.
