BRUNSWICK, Me. – The Wesleyan men's golf team participated in the Bowdoin Invitational over the weekend. The Cardinals placed 16
th out of 17 teams in the competition with a 318-326-644 (+68) across the two-round tournament.
Johnathan Harlukowicz '27 opened with a 74 (+2) on Saturday in a round that featured three birdies and 10 pars. He had a 14-hole stretch wherein he scored par or better in 12 of those holes. Harlukowicz followed with an 87 (+15) on Sunday to finish in a tie for 67
th place out of 97 golfers.
Jackson Hayes '27 shot 80-82-162 on the weekend, finishing +18 overall and in a tie for 72
nd place. Hayes had 10 pars on Sunday in round 2.
Fisher Hirsch '26 shot 81 (+9) on both days, landing three birdies over his two rounds.
Zach Liu '26 shaved seven strokes off his totals between rounds, going 86-79-165 (+21) to finish in a tie for 84
th place.
Nate Lawrence '28 finished with an 83-84-167 (+23) to finish in a tie for 88
th place. Competing as an individual,
Henry Kathawala '28 went 78-84-162 (+18), joining Hirsch in a tie for 72
nd place.
The Cardinals close out the fall portion of the schedule on Oct. 11-12 at the Skidmore Fall Invitational.
