WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Wesleyan men's golf team finished the 2025 NESCAC Championship in ninth place out of 10 teams over the weekend in a three-round competition hosted by Williams College at the Taconic Golf Club. Amherst won the title by three strokes over Trinity.
Wesleyan shot 953 as a team in the three-day tournament, shooting 308 on Friday, 311 on Saturday, and 334 on Sunday.
Johnathan Harlukowicz '27 led the way, shooting 234 (+21) over the three days, including a low round of 75 (+4) on Saturday. He shot 79 (+8) on Friday and 80 (+9) on Sunday to finish in a tie for 21
st place out of 50 golfers in the player field.
Lev Abramson '28 came out and shot 73 (+2) on Friday, in what was the low round of the weekend for the Cardinals. He followed with a 78 (+7) on Saturday and finished with an 85 (+14) on Sunday to finish in a tie for 27
th place with a three-day total of 236 (+23).
Jackson Hayes '27 finished level with Abramson in the tournament, finishing in a tie for 27
th place. Hayes went 76-78-82 across the weekend to finish with a 236 (+23).
Rounding out the field for Wesleyan was
Zach Liu '26 (80-80-87-247) and
Gavin Sendar '28 (81-85-90-256).
